1. Why does the program run for 5 years? Ans:  We have to make long-term  agreements to supply power and take power: 2. What if I wish to discontinue the Energy Credits program for some reason? Ans: You will get your deposit back 3. What if I join half way through a quarter? Ans: You would receive the Energy Credits pro rated to the number of days left in that quarter. 4, Is there any tax payable on the distributions? Ans: There isn't on feed-in credit from solar panels so there isn't on Energy Credits. Besides technically as the money is going directly into your energy account you are not receiving it. 5. Can I gift some Energy Credits to someone? Ans: Only if you buy them one or more Energy Credit allocations and nominate payment into their energy  account. 6. How does the Atlas Club benefit from this program? Ans: Atlas has invested in the energy generation side and takes energy as payment of its interest as we are a not for profit. 7. How long has the Atlas Club been established? Ans: The club was originally formed in 1976 as The Australian Travel Leisure and Sports Club but changed its name to the acronym ATLAS in 1987. We have been operating for 44 years now.
