NRG CREDIT TERMS

1. Each Energy Credit allocation is valid for a maximum period of 5 years. 2. Energy Credit are attached to allocations of 1,000 kWh of stored renewable energy to be delivered each quarter. 3. Each Energy Credit allocation requires a refundable deposit of AUD$200 to be lodged. At the end of each 5 year period the AUD$200 deposit will be returned to the owner of the allocation. Both the $200 refundable deposit and the Energy Credits it delivers are insured. 4.Each Energy Credit allocation will yield AUD$6 worth of Energy Credit per quarter or AUD$24 per year. 5. Each quarter commences on the 1st days of January, April, July and October of that year in the cycle. 6. Quarterly Energy Credit payments of AUD$6/allocation are paid into the owner's nominated energy retailer account on the 30th days of March, June, September and December. 7. Where the allocation has not been owned for a full quarter the Energy Credit will be paid proportional to the days the allocation has been owned during that quarter. 8. Energy Credits are transferable and can be transfered to another person should the owner so wish. 9. Force Majuere: In the event that for some reason beyond our control renewable energy can no longer be supplied for a period longer than 3 months the AUD$200 deposit and the Energy credit due to that date will be paid to the owner and there will be no further liability or obligation of the Atlas Club or NRG Credits Ltd. for further remedy or recourse.
